That is why by 2023, we have outlined an ambitious strategic plan that will allow us not only to double our turnover, but also to contribute to equal growth in terms of personnel employed, resources and investments. We firmly believe that “Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as being stuck in a place you don’t belong,” as Mandy Hale said.
