Company growth and development

Growth and The company has prepared its business plan for the next 5 years in 2023.of the company. This plan is our cornerstone and was drawn up by an independent company, Norgestión, which conducted a complete analysis of the Gabadi Group’s stakeholders before proposing the measures to be taken.

After the aforementioned analysis, a clear decision has been taken, the future of the Gabadi Group goes through an ambitious growth plan, which aims to reach the figure of 100 million turnover with increasing margins and prepare the company for its new reality, with a modern and solid structure that can provide solutions to any problems that exist, both internal and external, that may arise from our customers, suppliers, employees or even the administrations.

For the same, it has chosen to establish 2 growth paths, the inorganic, with acquisitions of both national and international companies, as well as the inorganic with a business plan focused on strategic sectors for Gabadi such as the international military, energy (LNG containment tanks, both land and sea, or hydrogen tanks, (with the project funded by the European Parliament as a flag), the cruise or mega yachts.

In order to be able to carry out our business plan, in 2023 the Group implemented a series of internal improvements aimed at creating a solid structure that can successfully complete the ambitious 2023-2028 growth plan.

Creation of a new simplified internal organizational structure, which in turn grants greater autonomy to each internal department in order to make the decisions demanded by our customers more quickly.

Strengthening of the internal compliance area in order to make the Gabadi Group a benchmark company by obtaining the ESG category (2024), so that, in line with our vision, we can leave a better world for the generations to come.
