The Gabadi Group's structure was modified in 2022 in order to adapt to the new challenges that the market was throwing at us. To meet all the demands of the market, the Group was redefined in a much simpler and more agile structure.

In addition, a matrix structure was created in all group companies with the objective that all subsidiaries have a certain level of independence, but at the same time follow all corporate policies, which has allowed us to gain in agility and independence, but without renouncing that all group companies share the same objectives, values and elements that drive us in our clear customer orientation.
