Our beginnings in the sector started with the Naval Qualification. That is why, even though we provide a comprehensive service, we cannot neglect clients who, like us, have the objective of making life at sea more pleasant.
From the manufacture of furniture and all the equipment in wood and metal to a turnkey project of a complete fitting out, our involvement with the client is maximum.
Our project is born from the advice to our customer, the “Taylor Made” engineering according to the requirements set, the necessary technical tests and the mass production for delivery. All this in a very short time and with traceability of the entire process.
Flexibility is another strength. By using CAD, CAM and CAE design programs, we achieve the integration of design and manufacturing with permanent feedback, which allows us to optimize costs and time in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
Manufacturing
En los últimos años, hemos centrado nuestros esfuerzos en desarrollar productos con el más alto nivel de aislamiento del mercado, garantizando una experiencia sin igual a bordo.
Nuestro proyecto nace del asesoramiento a nuestro cliente, la Ingeniería “Taylor Made” de acuerdo a los requisitos marcados, las pruebas técnicas necesarias y la fabricación en serie para su entrega. Todo ello en un tiempo muy corto y con trazabilidad de todo el proceso.
La flexibilidad es otro punto fuerte. Contando con Programas de Diseño CAD, CAM, CAE conseguimos la integración del diseño en la fabricación existiendo una retroalimentación permanente lo que nos permite optimizar costos y tiempos de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente.

Furniture
The furniture we make is based on the “Taylor Made” concept, it is the client who sets its characteristics and we design based on this and a standard of quality and durability.
Made in technical woods or in various metallic materials, they have had their destination in places as remote as Australia, Colombia, Canada or USA, of course without taking into account the old Europe.
Metal Furniture
We work with different types of metallic materials, such as Aluminum of different alloys, stainless steels for use in wet and food spaces. Galvanized steel to guarantee durability.
Within these types, the finishes are as varied as HPL, PVC, paint, Corian, etc. coatings. All this in compliance with the technical requirements of our Client, from a Shock Test to a Low Flame Spread according to IMO regulations.
Wood Furniture
Gabadi has started many years ago with the manufacture of wood furniture, noble or technical. With or without Fire Energy requirements.
This has allowed us to carry out, to the full satisfaction of the client, cabins or receptions of Ferrys, the office of an Admiral or the Bridge of Government of a Dredge.
We offer a wide range of furniture, from coated or veneered plywood boards to hardwoods. All with IMO-SOLAS certificate of compliance.
Mobiliario Madera
Gabadi ha comenzado hace muchos años con la fabricación de mobiliario de madera, noble o técnica. Con requerimientos de Energía de Fuego, o sin ellos.
Esto nos ha permitido realizar con plena satisfacción del cliente camarotes o recepciones de Ferrys, el despacho de un Almirante o el Puente de Gobierno de una Draga.
Ofrecemos una extensa gama de mobiliario, desde tableros contrachapado recubiertos o rechapados hasta maderas nobles. Todo ello con certificado de cumplimiento de IMO-SOLAS.
Bulkheads
Gabadi has developed a mounting system of various panels with Box and Box systems that ensure no propagation of Sound or Vibration in order to comply with IMO and ILO regulations.
It also has the product knowledge of Isonell with which it shares R&D department.
Roofs
Gabadi ensures an easy, fast, economical and high quality installation of the different types of ISONELL or other brands of self-supporting ceilings, whether on conventional, offshore or military vessels.
Doors
Gabadi as assemblers specialized in turnkey installations, guarantees the perfect assembly of the different types of ISONELL or other brands of doors, whether Class A, Class B or Class C.
Pavements
As a complement within the fitting out, Gabadi provides the installation of floating floors ISONELL type or other brands, as well as the different subfloors of Sikafloor®, according to the requirements of the ship, both acoustic and fire, with different finishes in pavements, ceramic, vinyl, linoleum, buttoned rubber, Epoxy floors, etc.
Other services
Gabadi assures a turnkey room including as a complement the installation of the different systems inside the accommodation, from lighting and electricity to the different piping services such as sanitary discharges, ACS, HVAC, etc.
